Tasting Box Part 2 from Sedapur

Arround one month ago, I got delivery tasting from Sedapur.com. It is my second Product Tasting Box from Sedapur. In this Product Tasting Box part 2, they sent me Pempek from  delivery tasting from Sedapur. I've got Pempek Bola Keju from Pempek Udang Emak and Otak-Otak from Otak Otak si Dia. Before this event, Sedapur ever had this event named Product Tasting Box part 1. I posted it in this blog, you could check by click here. So, I am kinda excited what they sent me in Product Tasting Box part 2. Keep reading to know how good they are. 

Sakura Anpan : Old Style Bakery in Jalan Sabang

Before visiting Warung Soto in Jalan Sabang, in the afternoon I visited traditional old bakery in Jalan Salan. It named Sakura Arpan. Maybe less people know about Sakura Arpan but for people who love traditional bakery, maybe it is one of their favorite bakery. This is my first time visited Sakura Anpan so I don't have any idea what their special bread here. They served many kinds of cake, bread, and many more. I've got curious what I have to buy here. 

Sakura Anpan interior is so simple and they keep the old furniture here, feels like old style bakery. 

Since this is my first time visited Sakura Anpan, so I bought some favorite sweet bread flavor. I bought sugar apple sweet bread, chocolate eclair and chocolate sweet bread.

The sweet bread is awesome, they don't used bread improver so it taste heavy and you will full if you eat 2 or 3 sweet bread. The sugar apple sweet bread is yummy, even the bread little bit hard, but it taste great. The eclair even the presentation is not make me interesting, but it taste great. The chocolate bread, is yummy. But as a chocolate lover, I think I need more chocolate in chocolate bread.

Beside the yummy and old style bakery, I bought 3 of bread and it cost only Rp. 12,500,-. So cheap right!

Pempek Emak

 

 Pempek Emak Rp.15,000,-/piece

Beside Pempek Emak, I also received Pisang Ijo Genit and Bed Hair Guy Onigiri from Sedapur.com. Then today I will review about pempek emak. Pempek Emak served pempek in Bangka style. Also not like another pempek, Pempek emak used shrimp as the main ingredient of pempek. So the pempek will taste sweet coz the shrimp will bring the sweet taste. Then as the instruction how to cook Pempek Emak, you could cook pempek with fried, steam and heat in the microwave. But I prefer to fried the pempek. 

Cafe La Oma Lembang

In my trip to Bandung, I stay in La Oma Hotel, so in my leisure time and laziness to find food outside hotel, so I try the La Oma Cafe. La Oma has a great view and many field to play or only to enjoy the great view of Lembang. La Oma Cafe served traditional food, western also asian food. In my first impression it looks like they don't focus why food they want to served, but after I tried their food, I know how great they served the food.

Rumah Makan Lesehan Alinda Cirebon

Rumah Makan Lesehan Alinda is my dad's favourite place in Cirebon. Everytime he goes to Cirebon, he always try to reach this place. Rumah Makan Lesehan Alinda is carp resto, so many cook style of gurame aka carp you can find it here. But my dad's have their gurame cook style favorite. They have lesehan also if you bring your grandma, better you eat in table and chair so they are easily to get up.

Mie Koclok Mang Sam Cirebon

Mie Koclok Mang Sam is my favorite place to eat mie koclok. Mie Koclok is made by noodle and dressing with combination of chicken stalk, flour and coconut milk. Also they combine with egg, bean sprout and friend onion on top. Even it looks easy to make by ur self, but I do prefer eat in Mie Mangsam.

Rumah Makan Empal Asem Amarta Pleret Cirebon

Amarta is place of empal gentong also the empal asem. First time I know Amarta from food master Bondan Winarno with their tv show in Trans TV. Then I went to Cirebon and pass Amarta after check out batik in Pleret. So I visited them.

If you don't familiar with the place you don't have to worry, the sign name is quite big enough to look. Then I visited them in lunch so the place crowded with visitor to taste the famous empal asem and empal gentong.

In this visit, I tried their 2 famous menu. Beside that, the have goat satay, but since I didn't eat goat satay, so I didn't order it. Before I know Amarta, usually I eat empal gentong in Kanoman Market also Cirebon has famous Empal Gentong Mang Darma. But since I only visited Cirebon for 2 days, so I don't have time to visit all good food there.

Ayam Jeruk Ny Lusi

Nasi Ayam Jeruk + Lalap Rp.25,000,-

Ayam Jeruk is one of prasetya mulya student creation, since they have to be an entrepreneur, so they make something unique to complete their final task. 

Beside them, when I hear ayam jeruk, the first thing I imagine is fried chicken fillet combine with orange sauce, but the reality they make chicken with many ingredients and it is looks like rendang ayam. Far from my imagination, but since I really curious with what is ayam jeruk so I try the Ayam Jeruk one. It taste suprisingly I taste a orange also another spice which is make them really good. But if you don't like spicy, you can try another menu they served, they have ayam panggang madu. It is intersting, for the next I will try ayam panggang madu. Also for dessert, they have gui ling cao a chinesse dessert, mostly you can find it in the chinesse resto, but they served a gui ling cao too.
