Starbucks Indonesia Autumn Gathering 2012

Last thursday, I invited to Starbucks Indonesia Autumn Gathering 2012 in Kota Kasablanka store as their newest store in Jakarta. It was an awesome gathering. This is my first come to Starbucks Indonesia Gathering. It is my honor to come to this gathering. In this gathering, Starbucks Indonesia was launching their Autumn Blend, Sea Salt Caramel Mocha, their yummy foods to accompany the coffee and anniversary blend of 25th Starbucks Indonesia. So here it is! 

The Goods Dinner : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Late Night

The Goods Diner is 'IT' place in Jakarta. Beside The Goods Diner, they also have The Goods Cafe, check my out here. I came to The Goods Diner when The Goods Dept and The Goods Cafe moved from Plaza Indonesia to Pacific Place, so they have rainbow cake, which is only available in The Goods Cafe as I know. The Goods Diner served western food also asian food. Food variety The Goods Dinner and The Goods Cafe is quite similar. But the place, might be I prefer The Goods Diner. 

When I came it with my sister, Irene. It was saturday night. It was time to hang out and chill out. First thought I wanna go to The Goods Diner coz I missed their cake both rainbow cake and red velvet cake, then I asked the receptionist for table, luckily they said there are available seat but not more than 9.30pm. I came there around 8pm, so I thought is oke for me if I only have two and a half time to enjoy my meal. So I get hurry to check out their menu.

UPDATE 03/08/2012 The Best Red Velvet in Jakarta

Red velvet is one of hype food in Jakarta, beside rainbow cake. But in this post I want to share my red velvet hunting journey to you. It will be a recommendation for people who are not find the best red velvet for them. So enjoy!

Ninotchka New Place New Food

Ninotchka is cafe who run by famous fashion blogger Sonia Eryka and her brother Roy DC. Ninotchka have been move to new place since June 2012. I ever visited the old Ninotchka, you could check by click here. The new place is more fresh, more space also they have more table to accomodate the visitor. Also the new Ninotchka has many new things, many new cake, new ice cream flavour, new flavour of macaron, etc. Like usual, Ninotchka have many magazine many games, so you could take it in the box and after you read the magazine and you play the games, you have to back it by yourself. 

The Harvest : Patissier and Chocolatier

The Harvest is patissier and chocolate place. The Harvest established in 2004, they became the first specialised European style pastry shop in Indonesia. Now they have many outlet in Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya. They many kinds of cake and pastries, chocolaties and pralines, ice cream, also bread, etc. The Harvest have style hotel in every single part of The Harvest start from the packaging, the presentation, the cake style, etc.

Le Sweets is my friend's online cake. The owner is food blogger too, her name is Lauren. I am eye drooling when I check the le sweets and can't wait to order the rainbow cake and red velvet cake. So two weeks ago I ordered rainbow cake and red velvet cake. 2 famous cake in Jakarta. If you are following my blog, you might me know about my review about the best rainbow cake in Jakarta. Le sweets is one of the best rainbow cake in Jakarta. 

Convivium

Convivium is famous resto in Jakarta. They are famous with their red velvet cake, which is so hype right now. Then I am so lucky could taste their red velvet cake. Beside that, I also tasted their pasta. They have amazing kind of pasta. They have risotto, cannelloni, ravioli, spaghetti, angel hair, etc. Like no other western resto, they made by themself their pasta. So, if you are pasta lover, you have to coming here, taste their homemade pasta also their hospitality. Convivium located in south Jakarta, it is unfamiliar area for me, coz I live in west Jakarta. But it is easy to find Convivium.

Union Brasserie Bakery and Bar Plaza Senayan

Union is the hip place in Jakarta. It is show how we have to queue or reserved before we want eat and hangout there. Union is one of the most favourite place in Jakarta. Since their famous red velvet cake which is really nice. Union is taking place in strategic place which is Plaza Senayan. The visitor is not only the teenage but also the 30 something mom or dad. I think this no one want to miss this place to hangout.

Ninety Nine Pesanggrahan

Today is valentine days, and I celebrate it with my friends, having dinner in Ninety Nine. Yesterday was my birthday so today, I celebrate valentine plus my birthday. This is my first visit in Ninety Nine. Ninety Nine become hip resto in Jakarta, since their first resto in Grand Indonesia, they opened the second resto in Pesanggrahan. Ninety Nine served western food.
